Thanks again for another generous response. A great read & there could be more asked & said, but I think I'd better not strain anyone's patience any farther than I've already done. Thanks also for the guitar info; I'll keep it in mind & do some more research (I happen to be looking for a guitar at the moment.)

Wes you aren't straining anybodys patience!

I said when you contributed to the board before - I wish you wrote for the NME or something like that - quotes like yours in there would make me the hottest, most in demand singer-songwriter in the UK!

So - write on - whenever you desire!

And check out those older Martins and the Yairi's then.
